Earle of Southerland Receaved a privie Councellor

The Earle of Southerland nominated a privie Councellor By their Majesties last Commissione of their privy Councell Did suear the oath of alleadgance and signe the assurance appoynted by Act of parliament to their Majesties King William and Queen Mary And the Lord High Chancellor having administred the oath de fideli The Earle was receaved a privy Councellor and took his place at the board
