Procedure

Recomendation to the Advocat to prepair a proclamation for taking the oath of Alledgance and Assurance

Her Majesties high Commissioner and the Lords of her Majesties privy Councill Doe hereby Recommend to the Lord Advocat to prepair a proclamation against the nixt Councill day for takeing the Oath of alledgance and assurance Conforme to the new act of parliament; And Recommends to the Lords president to the Session Advocat Thesaurer deput and Justice Clerk to adjust the times and places wher the Samen is to be taken and befor what Judges.
