Warrant To deliver up Charles Farquharsones Bond

The Lords of his majesties privy Councill Considering That Charles Farquharsone of Balmarrell under Baile to Live peaceablie and appear Before their Lordships when Called for. And The saids Lords being Informed That the said Charles Farquharson is Content To Enact himself In the Books of privy Councill That he shall depairt Furth of his majesties Dominions Betwixt and the First day of February next to Come if their Lordships would be pleased to deliver up his Bond, signed be him and his Cautioner And That he shall never Return within the same under the penalty of Three Thousand merks scots money Being the penalty contained in his said Bond. The saids Lords doe heirby give order and warrant To their Clerks to give up and deliver to the said Charles Farquharson his said Bond Subscrived be him and his Cautioner therein dated the nynth day of Aprile Jaj vic nynty and seven years. In Respect The said Charles hes Enacted himself in the Terms abovewritten, In the which Bond the said Charles is designed Brother to Innerey.

The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill Doe heirby Recomend to the Earle of Argyle commander in Cheif of his majesties forces within this Kingdom for the Tyme, To cause releive the Garrison of Twenty men at Ruthven of Badenoch with the Like number from Inverness and to cause these Removed to march To the Garrison at Fortwilliam And to cause the souldiers who are in Garrison at Castle Downie To desert that Garrison till farder order of Councill and to Repair to and remain in the said Garrison at Fortwilliam.
