After some discourse Anent the Calling up of money It went to the vote proceed or delay And uas Carryed proceed And therafter It having gone to the vote Call upon the money or not It was Carryed in the negative.

Act allouing the Importation of Victuall

The Lords of his Majesties privie Councill Considering the Great Scarcity that the Countrey at present Laboures under by reasone of the Late and unseasonable harvest have therfore thought fitt to allow And doe heirby allow all persons to Import victuall of all Sorts that is wheat rye oates peise beer Beans malt and meall from abroad into this Kingdome free of all Custome and excise or other publick deuty whatsoever Sic Subscribitur Poluarth camelar Melvill P Queensberrie Argyll Morton Lauderdale Leven Annandale Forfar Yester Hamilton William Anstruther Robert Sinclair.
