Liberatione Mr Alexander Jamiesone

The Lords of their Majesties privy Councell Doe Heirby Give ordor and warrand to the Magistrats of Edinburgh and Keeper of their tolbooth To sett at Liberty furth therof Mr Alexander Jamiesone, minister at Tyrie presently prisoner therin, for alleadged forging the Earle of Kintors subscriptione to a Letter or at least making use of a Letter wherto his Lordships subscriptione was forged The said Mr Alexander Jamiesone first Giving bond and finding sufficient Cautione cited in the books of privy Councell That He shall Appear before the Lords of privie Councell whensoever He shall be Called or Requyred under the penalty of five Hundreth merks scotts

Order recalling the old uarrand for citing persones who had refused the oaths

The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Doe Heirby Recall the warrand granted the tuenty seventh day of september Instant for citing such persones who have been Imprisoned for Refusing the oath of alleadgance and assurance and uere not fyned or who being Imprisoned upon the forsaid accompt and are since Liberat untill november nixt That His Majesties pleasure may be knouen in the matter Nota The Lord Chancellor Cancelled the warrand by the above warrand recalled

The Lords of their Majesties privy Councell Doe Heirby Repryve Uilliam Aird souldier presently prisoner in the tolbooth of Edinburgh from the sentence of death pronunced against him Be the Lords Commissioners of the Justiciary for murdering Agnas Baine spouse to Alexander Bizet untill the second ordinary Councell ordinary day In November nixt to Come And discharges the Magistrats of Edinburgh from putting the sentence forsaid into executione untill the said second ordinary Councell day in November nixt For which this shall be to all persones concerned a sufficient warrand And appoyntes Intimatione heirof to be made to the Magistrats of Edinburgh subscribitur ut sederunt
