Earl of Belcarras and Lord Yester qualified to Her Majestie as privie Councellors

The Earle of Belcarres and Lord Yester two of her Majesties privie Council Being present this day Did qualifie themselves to Her Majestie By swearing the oath of Alleadgence and subscryveing the same with the Assurance And the Lord Chancellour Did tender to their Lordships the oath De fideli And they took their places at the board accordingly.
