The Lords of his majesties privy Councill In obedience to his Majesties Letter of the date The Second day of May Instant Have Reprived and heirby Reprives John Frazer of Migavie and Hugh Frazer of Leuchloyn from the sentence of death pronunced against them by the Lords Commissioners of his Majesties Justiciary, And discharges the magistrats of Edinburgh or any others concerned to put the said sentence to Execution against them untill the Twenty day of November next to come Inclusive. Sic Subscribitur Lauderdale. P. Buchan, Loudoun. Kintore, Heu Dalrymple, James Steuart. David Home Robert Sinclair. G Home.

Right Trusty And Right welbeloved Cousin and Councellor, Right trusty and Entirely beloved Cousin and Councellor, Right trusty and welbeloved Cousins and Councellors, Right trusty and welbeloved Councellors. and Trusty and welbeloved Councellors, We greet yow well. Whereas we understand, That the nynth day of this current moneth is appointed for Executing the Sentence the Sentence of death against John Frazer of Migavie and Hugh Frazer of Leucloyn, And They having Supplicated for our Royall mercy and Represented their circumstances to be Suck as deserve the same, We are Resolved that the Sentence of death Shall not be put to Execution against them untill we have fully Considered the said Sentence and State of that affair, We do Therfore hereby authorize and Require yow to Grant a further Reprive to the saids John and Hugh Frazers till the Twenty day of November next. The Lords of his majesties privy Councill Doe heirby allow and give full power and warrand to Sir James Stewart of Goodtrees his Majesties Advocat To deliver the person of Samuell Hannay presently prisoner in the Tolbooth of Edinburgh To any of his Majesties officers going for Flanders, To Serve as a Souldier under the said officer, His Majesties said Advocat always first before Extracting hereof produceing 2 the Clerks of privy Councill a Consent under the said Samuell Hannay his own hand That he consents to his Banishment forth of his majesties Dominions, And oblidges himself to depairt forth therof and never to Return therto without his Majesties or the Councills warrant for that Effect under the pain of death.

The Lords of his majesties privy Councill In obedience to his Majesties Letter direct to them of the date The First day of Aprile last bypast, Doe heirby take off any Confynement which lyes upon George Duke of Gordon, and declares him quite therof and free therfrae in all tyme coming, The said Duke First before Extracting heirof giving Bond and finding Sufficient caution acted in the books of privy Councill That he shall live peaceably under and with all Submission to the present Government of his Majesty King William, And That he shall not act Consult nor Contrive any thing in prejudice thereof, and That he shall not Converse or Correspond with any Rebells, And That he shall appear before the Lords of his majesties privy Councill whenever he shall be called or Required for that Effect, under the penalty of Two Thousand pound Sterling Contained in his former Band, In caice he Shall fail or transgress in any pairt of the premises.

Proclamation for Adjourning the Parliament

The following Proclamation for adjourning the Parliament, Being Immediatly prepared was Read approven and Signed and ordered to be Recorded whereof the Tenor Follows.
William By the Grace of God King of Great Brittain France and Ireland defender of the faith, To our Lyon King att armes and his Bretheren heraulds, Macers of our privy Council pursevants, Messengers att armes our Sheriffs in that pairt Conjunctly and Severaly Specialy Constitute Greeting. Forasmuchas. Notwithstanding we were firmly Resolved our parliament should meet, on the fourteenth day of May Instant, yet we understanding That a Short adjournment is necessary to the Effect That all members concerned may be in Readiness, Therfore we with advice of the Lords of our privy Councill, Have Resolved To Continue the Adjournment of our said Parliament from the said fourteenth day 2 To the Twenty first of the forsaid Moneth of May, at which day we are firmly Resolved our Parliament shall meet, And That the members of our said Parliament be not put to unnecessar Trouble and Charges, before that tyme, We do heirby with advice forsaid Continue the Adjournment of our said Parliament, from the said fourteenth To the said Twenty first day of May Current, ordaining and Requireing all the members of our said Parliament to attend precisely that day att Edinburgh in the usual way and under the Certificationes Contained in the severall acts of Parliament made thereanent. Our Will is Heirfore And we Charge yow Strictly and Command That Incontinent these our Letters seen ye pass to the mercat Cross of Edinburgh and to the mercat crosses of the Remanent head-Burghs of the several shyres and Stewartries of this our ancient Kingdom, and Their by open proclamation, make Intimation of the premises that none pretend Ignorance And ordains thir presents to be printed.
