Comittee anent reports of the Comissioners of Supplie

The Lords of there majesties privie Councill doe hereby recomend to the Earle of Lothian Viscount Stair and Mr Frances Montgomery to Consider the reports come from severall places of this Kingdome anent the Commissioners of Supplie there takeing the oath of alleadgeance and assureance and to report to the Councill and tuo to be a quorum.

The lords of their majesties’ privy council do hereby recommend to [Robert Kerr] the earl of Lothian, [James Dalrymple] Viscount Stair, and Mr Frances Montgomery to consider the reports come from several places of this kingdom concerning the commissioners of supply t heir taking the oath of allegiance and assurance, and to report to the council, and two to be a quorum.

The Lords of there Majesties privie Councill doe hereby add the Lords Beilhaven, Lord Enstruther Laird of Blackbarrony and Sir William Lockhart there majesties Sollicitor to the Comittee anent the ministers not praying for there majesties King William and Queen Mary and recomends to them to prepare a proclamatione as by a former reference of the thretteint day of october Last is appointed And excuses the Lord Viscount Stair from attending the said Comittee

The lords of their majesties’ privy council do hereby add [John Hamilton] the Lord Belhaven, [William] Lord Anstruther, [Sir Archibald Murray] laird of Blackbarony, and Sir William Lockhart, their majesties’ solicitor to the committee concerning the ministers not praying for their majesties King William and Queen Mary, and recommends to them to prepare a proclamation as by a former reference of 13 October last is appointed, and excuses [James Dalrymple] the Lord Viscount Stair from attending the said committee.
