Act In favours of the Affrican Company

His Majesties high Commissioner and the Lords of his majesties privy Councill, Having Considered the within written words or peapers, They heirby approve therof, and ordaines the same to be Insert at the End of the Coppies of the act of Parliament, and Gift anent the Company of this Kingdom Trading to Affrica and the Indies, and before the depositiones of the persones who shall depone upon the verity of the Saids Coppies And Recommends To my Lord High Chancellor To Subscrive the Depositiones or attestationes of the saids Coppies with the attesters themselves, And Recommends to his Lordship To affix before his subscription The words Following viz Signed in name and presence of his majesties high Commissioner and the Lords of his Majesties privy Councill of Scotland by etc here to affix his Lordships name with these four Letters I:P:D: C: And The Councill allowes their Seall or Signet to be appended to Each of the saids Coppies.
