Reprive To John McTavish and Hugh Frazer

Anent The Petition given in to the Lords of his Majesties privy Councill By John McTavish younger of Migavie and Hugh Frazer prisoners within the Tolbooth of Edinburgh. Shewing That whereas their Lordships in Compliance with his Majesties letter of Reprive (ordering ane Extract of the process Led against their Petitioners to be Transmitted to him, That after Considering the Same he might Signifie his Royall pleasure anent them) were pleased to Grant them a Continuation of their Reprive till the First day of March next, And Seing the said tyme is near Elapsed, and That the process is not dispatched in order to know his Majesties will theranent. And Therfore Humbly Craving to the Effect underwritten as the said petition bears. The Saids Lords of his Majesties privy Councill having Considered this petition given in by John McTavish and Hugh Frazer, They heirby Reprive the Petitioners To the Second Wednesday of Aprile next being the Tenth day of the Said Moneth Exclusive, And ordaines the Magistrats of Edinburgh To See the Sentence of death pronunced against the Saids Petitioners duely put to Execution against them precisely upon the forsaid day without any furder delay Sic Subscribitur Marchmont Cancellar, Melvill, Northesk Montgomrie, Forbes, Boyle, James Stewart, C Campbell.
