Act For paying in the Pole to the Collectors of the Cess and Supply of the shire of Mid-Lothian

The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill, Having considered the Proclamation of Councill in December Jaj vic nynty Eight appointing the Commissioners of Supply within the Severall Shires to take Caution of their Clerks That they shall with the said supply collect also the Polemoney appointed to his Majesty by act of Parliament, Jaj vic nynty Eight years, Appointes the said Proclamation to be Intimat To the Tacksmen of the said polemoney be the Sheriff Clerk of Edinburgh for ane Rule to that Shire, for paying in their Pole to the Collector of the Cess and Supply.
