Committee For Considering the acts Anent Funeralls and penny weddings

His Majesties high Commissioner and Lords of his majesties privy Councill, Doe heirby nominate and appoint The Earle of Melvill President of Privy Councill, The Earle of Cassills Viscount of Tarbat, The Lords Advocat, Aberuchill and Philiphaugh, To be a Committee for Considering the acts against Exorbitant Expenses anent Funeralls and penny weddings And To Consider how the Samen may be prevented in tyme Coming, And to prepare a Proclamation for the Same in Such Termes as their Lordships shall Find most Convenient And declares any Three of the forsaid Committy to be a Sufficient quorum, And Recomends to them to meet the morrow at ten in the forenoon, And To make their Report to the Councill with their Conveniency
