Committee For Considering the minuts of the Committee of Councill anent the Rable

His Majesties Commissioner and the Lords of his majesties privy Councill Nominates and Appointes The Earle of Leven His Majesties Advocat, The Lord Thesaurer Deput, Lord Philiphaugh and Mr Francis Montgomry To be a Committee for Considering the minuts of the Committee of Councill anent the last Rable and the Examinationes or declarationes Taken by the Magistrats of Edinburgh and memorandums given in be them, which are in the hands of the Secret Councill their Clerks with what other Informationes their Lordships hes or Knows anent the same, And for Considering what persones their Lordships Thinks most signally guilty in the forsaid Rable, and whom They Think fittest Instantly To be pursued Instantly before the Lords Commissioners of his Majesties Justiciary Criminally and to Condescend upon their names and designationes, And Recomends to the said Commity To meet this afternoon at Three of the Clock, And To make their Report to the Councill att Five of the Clock the said afternoon, And declares any Three of the forsaid Committee To be a Sufficient quorum.
