His Majesties high Commissioner and the Lords of his majesties privy Councill, Doe heirby nominat and appoint The Lords Aberurchill, Halcraig and Phesdoe, To be a Committee to visit the prisoners lying in the Tolbooth of Edinburgh and to take tryall of the Crymes for which they are Imprisoned and of their Conditiones In order to their Subsistance or Liberation, and appoints them to make Report to the Councill of their Crymes Caices and Conditiones with their Conveniency.
