Committee Anent Thomas Anderson and John Davis

His Majesties high Commissioner and the Lords of his Majesties privy Councill having heard the Confessions of Thomas Andersone, Sometyme residenter in Edinburgh now in New Castle and of John David taylor, taken in presence of John Duncan one of the present Baillies of Edinburgh Read in their presence, They heirby nominat and appoint The Earles of Lauderdale and Lothian, The Lords Justice-Clerk, Aberuchill, Philiphaugh, and Phesdo, to be a Committy to Consider the above declarationes and Confessions of the saids Two persones and the Sentence or Sentences of the Justice Court, given and pronunced against them, with the Acts of privy Councill Changing or altering their saids Sentences, and to make their Report to the privy Councill what is to be done with the saids two persones, And declares any Three of the said Committee to be a Sufficient quorum and Recommends to them to meet to morrow at ten in the forenoon and to make their Report to the Councill with their First Conveniency.
