Warrand To the Solicitor to Prosecute these lyable for payment of the Tunnage before the Privy Councill

The Lords of his majesties privy Councill Doe heirby give order and Warrant To Sir Patrick Home his Majesties Solicitor, To call for Hugh Brown writer, Collector appointed by the Councill for inbringing the Tunnage money allowed by act of Parliament To John Adair and Captain Slezer, And To Take accompt how much of the said Tunnage he hath already Receaved and what pairt therof is yett Resting be the Skippers lyable in the same or Collectors thereof preceeding the term of Whitsunday Jaj vic nynty Eight, and who are the Persones Debitors therfore, And Appointes the Said Collector To prosecute the payment thereof by proces before the privy Councill at their meeting in Aprile next to come
