Warrant for Transmitting Samuell Hanay to the Baillie of the Regality of Glasgow

The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill Being Informed by Sir James Stewart His Majesties Advocat, That Samuell Hannay presently prisoner in the Tolbooth of Edinburgh was sent in from the Bailie of the Regality of Glasgow to be tryed for Stealing, Robbing, or breaking of houses And That his Lordship hes no probation to adduce against him They heirby give order and warrant To Transmitt the said Samuell Hannay from Sheriff To Sheriff untill he be brought within the Bounds of the said Regality of Glasgow, And Appointes him to be delivered To the Baillie of the said Regality, And The said Baillie to Take care That he be quickly Tryed and Either found guilty or assolzied by the said Baillie anent the forsaids Crymes of which he is accused.
