Warrant Liberating Mr James Innes alias Clerk a preist
His Majesties high Commissioner and Lords of his Majesties privy Councill, Doe heirby give order and warrand to the magistrats of Edinburgh, and Keeper of their Tolbooth To Sett at Liberty Furth thereof, Mr James Innes alias Clerk 2 Reputed to be a Preist, And presently prisoner in the said Tolbooth, In Respect he hes given Bond and Found Sufficient Caution acted in the books of privy Councill, That he shall not go further then Twelve myles from the Town of Edinburgh, So Long as he Remaines, within this Kingdom, And That he shall depairt furth thereof, And Transport himself Furth of his majesties Dominions in the First Ship going from this Kingdom, betwixt and the Fifteenth day of September next to Come wind and weather Serving. under the penalty of Two Hundered pounds Sterling, In caice he Shall Transgress in any pairt of the premises.
