His majestys Advocat, Having Reported That it was the opinion of the Committy anent the Letters written to Brigadier Maitland Governour of Fortwilliam anent McIntosh and McDonald of Keppoch That Keppochs protection should be prorogat to the First of January next, And it haveing gone to the vote, His Majesties high Commissioner and Lords of his Majesties privy Councill, Doe heirby Refuse to prorogate Keppochs protection.
