Warrant For Transporting James Hall to his Majesties plantations in America
The Lord Justice -Clerk having Represented to his Majesties high Commissioner and the Lords of his Majesties privy Councill, That he hade Given warrand for incarcerating James Hall in the Paroch of Eastwood in the Tolbooth of Glasgow for pickery and Theiving, and That upon Examination he hath made Confession of the Said Crymes, and being but a young boy about Fifteen years of age, Is Content to give his Consent for being transported to the plantations if their Lordships shall think fitt: His Majesties high Commissioner and the Lords of privy Councill, have allowed and heirby allows the said James Hall, to be Transported furth of his Majesties dominions to his Majesties plantations in America, upon his giving his Consent therto before any of the Magistrats of Glasgow or any other place where he is Incarcerat.
