Warrant for a Foreloaff to Captain Billinghame
Anent the Memorandum or adress given in to the Lords of his Majesties privy Councill be Captain Bullinghame Livetennant in the Castle of Dumbarton Shewing That the said Captain Bullinghame haveing severall necessar affairs which requyre his presence out of this kingdome in the Kingdome of Ingland Humbly beseeching the saids Lords would be pleased to grant him a foreloaff from his office in the forsaid Castle to the effect he may attend his necessar affairs in England, The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill Haveing Considered the above adress presented to them be the above Captain Charles Billinghame They hereby allow a Forloff to the said Captain Charles Billinghame from the date hereof to the first day of July nixt to come inclusive to the effect he may repair to England and attend his necessar affairs in that kingdom and returne to his office in Dumbarton Castle again the said day.
