His Majesties high Commissioner and the Lords of his Majesties privy Councill Doe heirby order their macers of privy Councill To pass and Lawfully Cite and wairn the present Lord Provost of Edinburgh and the Four present Baillies with the present Dean of Gild, present Thesaurer, and present Deacon Conveener To appear before the saids Lords of privy Councill upon Twesday next, To Answer for the misdemeanors, Done, att the punishing of the persones appointed To be punished by the Lords Commissioners of his Majesties Justiciary for their accession to the Rable and the misdeameanors Committed by the saids persones themselves, The tyme of their punishment.
