Recommendation To the Lord Advocat To Liberat prisoners who were present at the Rable

His Majesties High Commissioner, and Lords of privy Councill, Doe heirby Recommend, To Sir James Stewart His Majesties Advocat, To Call for such persones, as are Either in the Tolbooth of Edinburgh or Cannongate Imprisoned by the Committee of Councill, Magistrats of Edinburgh or Lord Advocate his own orders for being present att the late Rable, with power to his Lordship To give orders for Liberating such of these persones, as he shall Think Convenient, And Either To Cause these persones Enact themselves or Find Caution, in the books of privy Councill, under such penalties and in such termes as his Lordship shall think fitt.
