The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill, In obedience to his Majesties Letter direct to them of the date The Twenty fifth of November last bypast, Read this day In presence of the privy Councill Doe heirby Reprive John Frazer of Miggavie and Hugh Frazer of Leuchloin from the Sentence of death pronunced against them by the Lords Commissioners of Justiciary Till the Twenty day of January Instant Inclusive and ordaines the magistrats of Edinburgh To See the Said Sentence punctually put to Execution upon the next Laufull day after the Said Twenty day, of January Instant. Sic Subscribitur Marchmont Cancellar, Crafurd, Loudoun Leven, Annandale, Tarbat, Adam Cockburne, C Campbell Robert Sinclair.
