Act ordaining Kilsyth to be prisoner in his chamber

The Lords of there Majestyes privie Councill Haveing heard the Report of the Comittee To whom it wes remitted to take parrolls of honour from severall persones Bearing that William Livingstoun of Kilsyth is seized by order of Sir Thomas Livingston and Comitted prisoner in the Canongate guaird The saids Lords ordaines the said William Livingstoun to be carryed to his chamber in the house of […] and appoints centinells to be sett upon him there He first finding sufficient cautione acted in the books of privie Councill that he shall remaine Confyned in the said house and not depairt furth thereof under the penalty of […] And that he shall Live peaceably and with all submission to the present government under there majestyes King William and Queen Mary And that he shall not act consult or contryve any thing in prejudice thereoff nor converse Nor Correspond with any of there said majestyes rebells And that he shall appear befor the saids Lords of Councill when called for under the same penalty of […] In case he shall transgress any pairt of the premises.

Act ordaining Kilsyth to be a prisoner in his chamber

The lords of their majesties privy council, haveing heard the report of the committee to whom it was remitted to take paroles of honour from several persons bearing that William Livingston of Kilsyth is seized by order of Sir Thomas Livingston and committed prisoner in the Canongate guard, the said lords ordain the said William Livingston to be carried to his chamber in the house of […] and appoints sentinels to be set upon him there, he first finding sufficient caution acted in the books of privy council that he shall remain confined in the said house and not depart furth thereof under the penalty of […], and that he shall live peaceably and with all submission to the present government under their majesties King William and Queen Mary, and that he shall not act consult or contrive anything in prejudice thereof, nor converse nor correspond with any of their said majesties rebels, and that he shall appear before the said lords of council when called for under the same penalty of […], in case he shall transgress any part of the premises.
