The Councill haveing considered that the Late Arch Bishop of Glasgow hes Lyen Long prisoner in the Castle of Edinburgh Have resolved to represent the state and Conditione of the said Late Arch Bishop to the Kings majesty in the first Letter they wreitt to the King
