Liberation William Dalziell

The Lords of there Majesties privie Councill doe hereby Give order and warrand to the Magistrats of Edinburgh and Keeper of there tolbooth to sett at Libertie furth thereof William Dalziell in the paroch of Tinwall in Nithsdaill shyre presently prisoner therein for alleadged being present at the publishing of a disloyall paper or declaratione Lately published at the mercat cross of Sanquhar in respect the said William denyes his being present as said and that the same is not proven againest him

Liberation for William Dalziell

The lords of their majesties’ privy council hereby give order and warrant to the magistrates of Edinburgh and keeper of their tolbooth to set at liberty furth thereof William Dalziell in the parish of Tinwald in Nithsdale shire, presently prisoner therein for allegedly being present at the publishing of a disloyal paper or declaration lately published at the mercat cross of Sanquhar in respect the said William denies his being present as said and that the same is not proven against him.
