Act That testificats of sicknes bear upon soull and Conscience

The Lords of there Majestyes privie Councill doe hereby declare That when ever application shall be made to them be any prisoners Craveing Libertie upon accompt of sicknes or Indispositione and testificats shall be produced for Instructing the same under the hands of Phisicians or Chirurgeons There Lordships will have no regaird to the saids testificatts unles the same bear expressly to be upon soull and Conscience.

Act

Act that testificats of sickness bear upon soul and conscience

The lords of their majesties’ privy council do hereby declare that whenever application shall be made to them by any prisoners craving liberty upon account of sickness or indisposition and testificats shall be produced for instructing the same under the hands of physicians or surgeons, their lordships will have no regard to the said testificats unless the same bear expressly to be upon soul and conscience.
