Petitione Walter Robert forced out of his bed to the prisone of Blackness as a souldier for Flanders without any consent or engadgement Read and allowes Captain Hamiltone of Grainge upon whom this Complaint is Given in to see and ansuer the samen againest the next Counsell day And in the mean tyme discharges the Governor and other officers in the castle of Blackness to delyver the prisoner to Captain Hamilton or any others till farder order of Counsell
