The Lords of there Majesties privie Councill doe hereby appoynt all Commissiones which shall be granted be the Councill for tryeing and Judgeing of Criminalls in the Countrey to bear this Clause That the Comissioners within the Space of […] after pronunceing and executeing of there sentence Report to the Lords Comissioners of the Justiciarie or to the Clerk of the Criminall court ane authentique extract under there hands of the sentence to be given upon these Commissiones and the maner of executing thereof To the effect The Same may be recorded in the books of Justiciarie which the Clerk to the Criminall Court is hereby appointed to record therein as he will be ansuerable

Act concerning reports (upon commissioners for trying criminals) to be sent to the lords of justiciary or their clerk

The lords of their majesties’ privy council do hereby appoint all commissions which shall be granted by the council for trying and judging of criminals in the country to bear this clause: That the commissioners within the space of […] after pronouncing and executing of their sentence, report to the lord commissioners of the justiciary or to the clerk of the criminal court an authentic extract under their hands of the sentence to be given upon these commissions and the manner of executing thereof, to the effect the Same may be recorded in the books of justiciary, which the clerk to the criminal court is hereby appointed to record therein as he will be answerable.
