Liberation Dalmahoy’s of that ilk and Ravilrig

The Lords of there Majesties privie Councill doe hereby Give order and warrand to the Bailzies of Kirklistoun and Keeper of there tolbooth To sett at Liberty furth thereof Sir John Dalmahoy of that ilk and […] Dalmahoy of Ravilrig In respect they have found sufficient Cautione acted in the books of privie Councill That they shall Live peaceably under and with all submissione to the present government of there Majesties King William and Queen Mary And that they shall not act consult or contryve any thing in prejudice thereof nor shall not converse nor correspond with any rebells And they shall appear befor the saids Lords of privie Councill when called for under the penaltyes following viz The said Sir John Dalmahoy of that ilk of the soume of Ane Hundreth pound sterling And the said […] Dalmahoy of Ravilrig of the soume of Fiftie pounds Sterling money forsaid In case they shall transgress in any pairt of the premises.

Liberation Dalmahoy’s of that Ilk and Ravelrig

The lords of their majesties’ privy council do hereby give order and warrant to the bailies of Kirkliston and keeper of their tolbooth to sett at liberty forth thereof Sir John Dalmahoy of that Ilk and […] Dalmahoy of Ravelrig, in respect they have found sufficient caution acted in the books of privy council that they shall live peaceably under and with all submission to the present government of their majesties King William and Queen Mary. And that they shall not act consult or contrive anything in prejudice thereof, nor shall converse nor correspond with any rebels. And they shall appear before the said lords of privy council when called for under the penalties following viz the said Sir John Dalmahoy of that Ilk of the sum of £100 Sterling and the said […] Dalmahoy of Ravelrig of the sum of £50 Sterling money foresaid in case they shall transgress in any part of the premises.
