Liberation Mr William Houstoun and order anent the keyes of Kilsyth Kirk

The Lords of there Majestyes privie Councill being Informed by there Clerks That Mr William Houstoun prisoner in the tolbooth of Edinburgh hes in obedience to there Lordships sentence formerly pronunced againest him delyvered in to them the keyes of the kirk and manse of Kilsyth The said Lords doe hereby Appoint the saids Clerks to delyver the forsaids keyes to Mr Thomas Kennedie and Mr Thomas Ramsay ministers or aither of them And the saids Lords doe hereby give order and warrand to the magistrats of Edinburgh and Keeper of there tolbooth To sett the said Mr William Howstoun at Liberty furth therof.

Liberation Mr William Houston and order concerning the keys of Kilsyth kirk

The lords of their majesties’ privy council being informed by their clerks that Mr William Houston, prisoner in the tolbooth of Edinburgh, has, in obedience to their lordships’ sentence formerly pronounced against him, delivered in to them the keys of the kirk and manse of Kilsyth, the said lords do hereby appoint the said clerks to deliver the foresaid keys to Mr Thomas Kennedy and Mr Thomas Ramsay, ministers, or either of them. And the said lords do hereby give order and warrant to the magistrates of Edinburgh and keeper of their tolbooth to set the said Mr William Houston at liberty forth thereof.
