Liberation John Hacquett

The Lords of there majestyes privie Councill doe hereby give order and warrand to the Magistrats of Edinburgh and keeper of there tolbooth to sett at liberty furth thereof John Hacquett a priest presently prisoner therein In respect he hes Enacted himself in the books of privie Councill That he shall depairt furth of there Majestyes Dominions and never to returne thereto under the pain of death And also hes found Cautione acted in the saids books that he shall goe abroad to Holland with the fleet presently Lyeing in the road of Leith designed thither under the penalty of Ane Hundreth pound Sterling

Liberation of John Hackett

The lords of their majesties’ privy council do hereby give order and warrant to the magistrates of Edinburgh and keeper of their tolbooth to set at liberty furth thereof John Hackett a priest presently prisoner therein in respect he has enacted himself in the books of privy council that he shall depart furth of their majesties’ dominions and never to return thereto under the pain of death, and also has found caution acted in the said books that he shall go abroad to Holland with the fleet presently lying in the road of Leith designed thither, under the penalty of one hundred pounds sterling
