Decreet

Interloquitor anent Hownames

The Lords of their majesties privy Councill haveing Considered a Petition given in to them be John Hownames elder and younger in Langholme. They Adhere to their former interloquitor pronunced in the said matter mentioned in the petition with this alteration That they heirby allow the petitioners to be received Cautioners hinc inde one for another in the bond appointed be the said former interloquitor to be given be them quhich interloquitor is dated the 9 Agust
