Interloquitor The Laird of Dunn Against George Ogilvie

The Lords of their majesties privy Councill haveing haveing2 Considered the debate Finds that George Ogilvie is oblidged not only to hold compt Bot also to make payment to the Laird of Dun of the Soumes resting betuin aither to the Collonolls Company or to Dun the Livt Coll his Company or what he is due upon the account of the Cloathing money to the Regiment and Lykwayes that he is to state and clear accompts of the money intromitted with be him upon the accompt of the haill Regiement that every Captaine may gett his Just proportione.
