In the bill of Suspension Margrat Rasper Against the Viscount of Kenmuir The Councill suspends the letters Simplicitor and Repones the Viscount against the Certificatione he first possessing the said Margrat to the lands in the Lybell from which she was ejected, And appoints the solicitor to dispone to him the gift of his escheat.
