The Lords of there Majestyes privie Councill Discharges there majestyes sollicitor to Insist in the Lybell raised at his Instance before them Againest Mathew Hamiltoun and Captaine Henrie Straittoune Induellers in Edinburgh In respect the same wes raised upon the account of the rumor of ane Invasione which is now over.
