The Lords allowed the Clerks of Councill to receive the Lord Corstorphine to be Cautioner for Valentine Sprouse who was Imprisoned for haveing hand In or being accessory to the surprizing of the bass and who by former order of Councill is allowed to be at libertie upon Caution to live peaceably and appear when called.
