The Lords of their Majesties privy Councell Doe heirby perremptarly appoynte and Requyre Their Majesties Sollicitor or his assistants without delay to Intent and prosecute ane Indytment of treasone before the Lords Commissioners of Justiciary against Alexander Halyburtone and Uilliam Frazer prisoners In the tolbooth of Edinburgh which they already appoynted to doe by a former Interloquitor and hes neglected

Peremptory order for prosecuting Halyburton and Fraser

The lords of their majesties’ privy council do hereby peremptorily appoint and require their majesties’ solicitor or his assistants without delay to intent and prosecute an indictment of treason before the lord commissioners of justiciary against Alexander Halyburton and William Fraser, prisoners in the tolbooth of Edinburgh, which they are already appointed to do by a former interlocutor and have neglected.
