Recomendation to the Lord Chancellor to signe a pass to the ship that transports Buchan and Cannan to France

The Lords of there Majestyes privie Councill doe hereby Recomend to the Lord High Chancellour to signe a pass in there name for the Ship, Coalls and ballast therein Skipper and Ships crew which are to transport Major Generall Buchan and Major Generall Cannane and these allowed to goe alongst with them for there passadge from Leith to the Port of Haverdegrace in France Conforme to there particular passes And appoints the Councill seall to be thereto appended sic subscribitur Douglas Lothian Leven Stair John Lauder John Lauder2 Patrick Murray William Enstruther

Recomendation to the Lord Chancellor to sign a pass to the ship that transports Buchan and Cannon to France

The lords of their majesties’ privy council doe hereby recommend to the lord high chancellor to sign a pass in their name for the ship, coal and ballast therein, skipper and ship’s crew which are to transport Major General Buchan and Major General Cannon and these allowed to go along with them for their passage from Leith to the Port of Le Havre in France, according to their particular passes, and appoint the council seal to be thereto appended.
