The Lords of there Majeties privie Councill doe hereby give order and warrand to Sir William Lockhart there majesties sollicitor to cause apprehend […] Fairfoull a preist and all other persones whom upon Informatione he can know to be preists and cause Comitt them to prisone there to remaine untill occasione offer for transporting them abroad furth of there majesties Dominiones to forraigne countreys And ordaines them to be Carryed abroad accordingly never to returne under the pain of death

Order to the solicitor to apprehend priests

The lords of their majesties’ privy council hereby give order and warrant to Sir William Lockhart, their majesties’ solicitor, to apprehend […] Fairfoul, a priest, and all other persons whom upon information he can know to be priests and commit them to prison, there to remain until they can be transported abroad, furth of their majesties’ dominions to foreign countries, and they ordain them to be carried abroad accordingly never to return under the pain of death.
