Petition William Fraser who is processed befor the Lords Commissioners of Justiciary for his accession to the keeping out of the Bass Craveing that the Councill would recomend to the saids Lords to superceed the pronunceing of sentence againest him In respect he hes Ingenuously confessed all he knowes in this matter and subscryved the same befor the saids Lords Commissioners and Cast himself on his majestyes mercie with with aneother be the said William to the saids Lords Commissioners and the said William his confession and submission before there Lordships being read and Considered The same wes Lett fall without giveing any ansuer thereto untill first the saids Lords of Justiciary pronunced sentence

Petition William Fraser who is processed before the lords commissioners of justiciary for his accession to the keeping out of the Bass craving that the council would recommend to the said lords to supersede the pronouncing of sentence against him, in respect he has ingenuously confessed all he knows in this matter and subscribed the same before the said lords commissioners and cast himself on his majesty’s mercy with another by the said William to the said lords commissioners and the said William’s confession and submission before their lordships being read and considered, the same was let fall without giving any answer thereto until first the said lords of justiciary pronounced sentence.
