Lord Chancellour to dispatch a flyeing pacquett

The Councill Recomends to the Lord High Chancellour that upon his being acquanted That the order of Councill to Captain Roope hes receaved obedience To dispatch a fleeing pacquett to the secretary of state to acquant the Queens majesty with the reasone of the stopting of the three regiments And to know the Queens further pleasure therein

Lord chancellor to despatch a flying packet

The council recommends to the lord high chancellor that, upon his being acquianted that the order of council to Captain Roop has received obedience, to despatch a flying packet to the secretary of state to acquaint the queen’s majesty with the reason of the staying of the three regiments, and to know the queen’s further pleasure therein.
