Addresses from the shyre of Air and Citie of St Andrews

Ane Address be the Commissioners of Supplie and heretors in the shyre of Air for themselves and the Fenciblemen in that shyre offering there Lyves and fortunes to there majestyes for defence of this Kingdome there religion Liberty And there Majestyes government againest all whatsomever etc And aneother address be the magistrates and Councill of St Andrews for themselves and the Community thereof offering to there Majestyes there most cordiall and Intire services to the same ends Read And the presenters thereof being called in did receve the thanks of the boord And the Councill declared they would transmitt both these addresses to there majestyes

An address by the commissioners of supply and heritors in the shire of Ayr for themselves and the fencible men in that shire, offering their lives and fortunes to their majesties for defence of this kingdom, their religion, liberty and their majesties’ government against all whatsoever etc; and another address by the magistrates and council of St Andrews for themselves and the community thereof offering to their majesties their most cordial and entire services to the same ends was read, and the presenters thereof being called in did receive the thanks of the board and the council declared they would transmit both these addresses to their majesties.
