Address Heretors of the shyre of Aberdeen

Address of some Noble men and Gentlemen of the shyre of Aberdeen viz John Earle of Kintoir etc Bearing that understanding some offers have been made by some touns and shyres of raising out to be entertained for fourty dayes or Longer In Case the Councill shall think this the surest and best way for security of the Kingdome To raise and Entertaine ane Intire regiment for fourty dayes or Longer whereof the officers to be named be his majesty Read and Recomended to the Lord High Chancellour to wreitt to the Earle of Kintoir returning him the thanks of this boord and the Councill declares They will transmitt this petitione with others of the Lyke nature to there majestyes

Address of the Heritors of the shire of Aberdeen

Address of some noblemen and gentlemen of the shire of Aberdeen, namly John Keith, earl of Kintore etc, bearing that understanding some offers have been made by some towns and shires of raising out to be entertained for forty days or longer, in case the council shall think this the surest and best way for security of the kingdom to raise and entertain an entire regiment for forty days or Longer, whereof the officers to be named by his majesty read and recommended to the lord high chancellor to write to the earl of Kintore returning him the thanks of this board, and the council declares they will transmit this petition with others of the like nature to their majesties.
