Comittee anent severall prisoners

The Lords of there Majesties privie Councill doe hereby recomend to the Comittee formerly appointed for examining Thomas Mitchell Abraham Black and John Hunter seamen John Clerk and Alexander Halyday in Galloway Mathew Latimer and James Johnstoun in Annandaill to meet this afternoon and examine the saids persones with power to the said Comittee to sett at Liberty such of the saids persones as they shall see cause to Liberate.
