Comittee anent persones under baill

The Lords of there majesties privie Councill doe hereby Nominate and appoint the Earle of Breadalbane the Viscounts of Tarbatt and Stair The Lord Raith theasurer deput the Lord Beilhaven, The Lord Fountainhall, The Lairds of Blackbarrony and Pollock and Sir William Lockhart there majesties sollicitor to be a Comittee befor whom persones under baill and charged to Compear befor the Councill and there Cautioners are to appear with power to the Comittee to doe with these prisoners such of them as compear as they think fitt or in case of difficulty to report to the Councill And declares any three of them to be a sufficient quorum

Committee concerning persons under bail

The lords of their majesties’ privy council hereby nominate and appoint the earl of Breadalbane, the viscounts of Tarbat and Stair, Lord Raith, treasurer depute, Lord Belhaven, Lord Fountainhall, the lairds of Blackbarony and Pollock and Sir William Lockhart, their majesties’ solicitor, to be a committee before whom persons under bail and charged to appear before the council and their cautioners are to appear, with power to the committee to do with those prisoners, such of them as appear, as they think fit or in case of difficulty to report to the council, and they declare any three of them to be a sufficient quorum.
