The Lords of their Majesties privy Councill Haveing Considered Ane Petitione given in to them be Mr Daniall Robertsone and answers made therto be the heritors of Huttone and Mr Walter Mainzies their minister with another petitione given in be the saids heritors of Hutton and Mr Meinzies and answers made therto be the said Mr Daniall, They Remitt to the Patron to dispose upon the same Conforme and in the termes of the lawes and acts of Parliament of this kingdom.
