Remitt The heritors of the Cruives of Donn Against The heritors of the Neither Cruives et a contra

The Lybell at the instance of William Black writter in Aberdeen and others Against James Gordon of Seatton and others with a lybell of receonventione at the instance of the defenders against the pursars being both called in presence of the Lords of privy Councill and the pursuars in this proces who are defenders in the reconventione or most of them Compeiring personally with Sir James Ogilvie and Mr William Monypennie their advocats and the defenders in this process who are pursuars in the reconventione or most of them Compeiring also personally with Sir David Thores and Mr James Scougall ther Advocats, The Lords of their Majesties Privy Councell haveing Considered both Lybells and answers hinc inde given in therto, And haveing heard both parties procurators advocats in their presence They heirby Refuse to Sustain Process upon either of the saids Lybells before their Lordships of Privy Councill, And Remits both the saids Lybells to be insisted in before and discussed be the Judge ordinary in the comon forme.
