Reference to the Comittee to give up bonds upon takeing the oath of alleadgeance

The Lords of there Majestyes privie Councill doe hereby authorize and Impower the comittee alreadie appointed anent persones under baill to give order to the Clerks of Councill to give up to any such of these persones as the Comitee shall find have been putt under baill2 upon3 suspicion of dissaffection to the government And againest whom there is no evidence of dissaffectione the bonds granted be them and there Cautioners They first swearing and signeing the oath of alleadgeance and signeing the assureance appointed by act of parliament

Reference to the committee to give up bonds upon taking the oath of allegiance

The lords of their majesties’ privy council do hereby authorise and empower the committee already appointed concerning persons under bail to give order to the clerks of council to give up to any such of those persons as the committee shall find have been put under bail upon suspicion of disaffection to the government and against whom there is no evidence of disaffection the bonds granted by them and their cautioners, they first swearing and signing the oath of allegiance and signing the assurance appointed by act of parliament.
